菲利普親王於今年五月時宣布將在秋季退休，96歲的他今天將參與退休前最後一場活動，退休後他將不在參與任何王室公職活動，至於女王的活動維持不變。

Prince Philip is going to retire!
Prince Philip announced his retirement earlier this year. The 96 years-old prince will participate his final public engagement today, who wil not attend any public engagement any more after retire, while the Queen's public schedule will not change.

美國總統川普於禮拜三簽署對俄的制裁法案，並同時表示這是個充滿缺陷的法案。該法案的效力包括制裁俄羅斯、伊朗及北韓。
俄羅斯行政首長形容該法案等同是對俄的全面貿易戰爭，並表示美國此舉顯示出了美國總統的無能。

US President Donald Trump signed the bill which aims to punish Russia on Wednesday, however, he said the measure is deeply flawed simultaneously. The bill imposes sauctions on Russia, Iran and North Korea.
Russian Prime Minister said the sauctions imposed by the US meaned a ''full-scale trade war'' , and it also proofed the impotence of the US president.

◆美國官方正式發函通知退出巴黎氣候協定
美國真的要退出巴黎氣候協定了!美國官方正式發函予聯合國，通知其欲退出協定的意願，並表示當退出是合法、合理時，希望能盡速退出。
美國總統川普於今年六月時表達了希望退出氣候協定的聲明，認為該協定對美國不公。
然而退出協定的程序需費時幾年，這代表真正退出協定將會是在2020美國總統大選的後幾周，屆時，新任的總統可以決定是否要再次加入協定。

US issues formally UN of withdrawing from Paris climate agreement
US government has notified UN it's intention of withdrawing Paris climate agreement. At the same time, it indicate US hopes for withdrawing from agreement as soon as it is eligible to do so.
US President Donald Trump stated the intention of leaving climate agreement and said the agreement is unfair to America.
However, the process of leaving will take for few years, which means it will not be compete until fews weeks after US president election in 2020. At that time, the new president can decide to rejoin the agreement or not.
